Dear Trouble,

I just want to thank you for always keeping me company and occupied ever since I've become aware of what the world really is. From now until the end, I'm sure you're always be behind me all the way. Anyway, you're the reason why I've learned how to become strong, smart, and enduring in life because you know that you'd never want to lose to me. You're also one of the reasons why I call on God. You are the measurement of what I can achieve, and our stories together let me know of who I am. Because of you, this is who I've become and what I am. And with your continued presence, I look forward to whoever I'll become in the future. Thank you, and I wish you could take a break for a little while. It won't hurt both of us.

My mind is in mess. I couldn't figure out what's really missing why I couldn't be relieved. It's like I'm paralyzing myself. I can't sleep; I haven't slept properly for the past few days. I toss and turn on my bed thinking of a lot of things. And I'm thinking right now to just stop altogether. Maybe what I'm trying to say is, I'm tired. I'm really really tired. I look fine on the outside, when the truth is I'm suffering. I can't do the things I want to do. I want to put some time for myself. I don't want to go to school, I don't want to go to work, I just want to do things that would ease up my mind. Yes, I'm stressed and I'm burned out. I'm facing a question right now if I would register courses for my spring term. The problem is I don't feel excited about the term. I don't have any motivation at all. If I end up skipping a lot of classes from a lot of 'stressed' reasons, I think I'll just be wasting money. Granted that I'd be persevering to get at least a C, would I be really happy with my effort? It's like I'm going to school for the sake of earning credits. Where's the spirit?

It has been a very long week for me. A very long week indeed. When my macroeconomics professor reminded us that there are only 4 classes left, my excitement and anticipation were through the roof. I just want to end it all! Thinking back, I'll say that it's been one long winter term. I've just handed my last homework for macroeconomics, and I'm bound for the finals. But I can't rest easy yet. There's still the big Discrete Math term test to finish two weeks from now.

Discrete Math is still a long way to go. In addition, three more assignments are falling in queue. I just want to really say that this week has been tough for me, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. It was a crunch period. It was a tight schedule having to finish everything that was due.

Sunday, I slept for an hour. Sleep is becoming a real problem. Then I went to church. When I came home, I went back to sleep. Woke up around 11pm. Started doing my Math homework.

Monday afternoon, I went to work and also multi-tasked doing my math homework again. It was an epic Monday too. It was my first time talking to someone on the phone for two hours. Two hours. I'm not complaining. It's just... amazing that the person didn't get bored. I came home elated, because I actually finished my math homework at work.

Tuesday. Handed in my math homework. Came home and started working on my Macroeconomics worksheet worth 10% of my total grade.

Wednesday afternoon, went to work. Wednesday evening, I came home and finished my Macroeconomics work. I was really stressed.

Thursday morning, I overslept. 15 minutes, 'til my bus arrives. I went straight to the bathroom for a shower, brushed my teeth, got changed and rushed to the bus stop without breakfast. I just brought a mineral water with me. Which is good, because I was reminded from all those Facebook notes about drinking on an empty stomach can prevent heart attack. 11:30am, handed in my worksheet. I was passing out on my desk. 2:15pm, classes ended. I came home. Elated. Still Thursday, 4pm. Grocery, and Mcdonald's. Napped afterwards. Woke up around 10:30pm, went to Wal-Mart and bought a PSP Vita because I want to make the most of the dayoff.


Wee.

I'm still undecided whether to register courses this spring term. But I am so exhausted. Anyway, I don't look old from all of flurry, do I? It's me on the very left.

Ranting. I have this huge mental block that's affecting across all of my literature. I'm stuck on the current chapter of Arbiter chapter and The Infections After. The mental block is frustrating.

Ranting. I'm just too lazy to do my homework right now. Why do I have them when I feel like crap.

episode 12: love / dream

Renji reflects over his past memories with Chihiro and is still very depressed over their break up and over what happened. Thus, Chihiro throws her diary entries that contained accounts of Renji away. After talking with Yuu Himura and Shuichi Kuze, Renji starts collecting the missing diary pages; he only manages to find a handful of them. He takes them to the train station where he and Chihiro first met and finds her still sitting there. Renji discovers that Chihiro has not forgotten about him since she could not stop thinking about him for thirteen hours. Renji promises that they will always be together.

The rest of the story concludes with showing scenes between Renji with Chihiro, Hiro with Miyako, and Kyousuke with Kei. Yuuko finally reunites with Yuu at the old church.

episode 11: ever forever

Chihiro finishes her novel and wants Renji to read it, though she does not want to be around when he does. Agreeing to read her novel, Renji proposes they go out on a date, which Chihiro happily agrees. Although she promises Renji that they will become lovers for only one day. After their date, Renji confesses his love to her once again on the school rooftop. Later that night, Chihiro gives Renji the novel to read, and she goes up to the school rooftop to wait for him to finish. After realizing the bleak ending of the novel, Renji runs up to the balcony to meet Chihiro, though she tells him that they should break up while she can still say "I love you" and fully mean it. Chihiro throws all her diary pages containing accounts of Renji into the air, effectively forcing Renji to break up with her.

episode 10: I'm here

After receiving a call from Kyosuke, Kyosuke confronts Hiro about what happened with Kei and tells him that he always does things half-way. Kyosuke feels Hiro is the only one that can save Kei's feelings. Miyako calls Hiro to tell him that it is too painful to be with him since she does not want to be eventually forgotten by him. Hiro goes to see Kei and is able to come to an understanding with her, even though he is in love with Miyako. Right before she is going to leave town, Miyako calls Hiro one last time. The call cuts out at a pivotal moment leading to Hiro rushing out on his bike and managing to find her at a public telephone near a church.

episode 9: forget me not

Renji continues to stay with Chihiro despite the pain he feels and manages to smile when around her. With Chihiro having now forgotten everything from the past 4 years, it is now up to her to regain the memories she lost, by re-reading her diary. Chihiro re-reads her diary three times and eventually comes to act like the person described in her diary, but she thinks that person is already dead. After hearing this, Renji vents his frustration and continuously repeats that this is not true. Even by reading her diary, Renji wonders if she would be the same Chihiro that he loves.

Meanwhile Hiro goes to meet Miyako, by the phone booth, after not seeing each other for some time. They go for a walk down the beach, where both of them convey their feelings to each other. They kiss on the beach. Hiro takes her back to his place. The following morning, Kei finds Miyako in Hiro's bed, which causes her to run away in tears, eventually collapsing on the road as Kyosuke rushes up to her with his bike.

episode 8: clear colours

Frustrated that none of her voice messages made it through to Hiro, Miyako tossed her cell phone into a nearby fountain the night he stood her up. Hiro tries later to call her numerous times, but he could not get through because Miyako's cellphone was already broken. Miyako later calls him on a public phone and is reassured that Kei lied to her when she said Miyako had already disappeared from Hiro's heart.

Renji continues to meet Chihiro at the library for her novel. Chihiro is pushing herself with the stress and the lack of sleep from writing, so as to prolong her memories. The story is in the final stages. Renji begins to feel that Chihiro's memories have improved. But in fact Chihiro is straining herself. She eventually collapses and is unconscious for over thirteen hours. When she finally awakes, Renji witnesses Chihiro's frantic state of not understanding why she has grown older or what happened to her left eye.

episode 7: I...

Renji and Chihiro continue working on the novel at his school's library and they manage to get to around 70% complete. Afterwards, the two take a walk on the beach and Chihiro suddenly asks Renji if he wants to kiss her. This seemingly simple act throws Renji off balance and says that their relationship is not like that, which causes Chihiro to run away in tears. Their relationship seems to be developing in the process, but Renji is bothered by something. Renji breaks down, hoping she will not write down what had just happened in her diary.

The story shifts to a flashback of when Miyako was waiting for Hirono to show up for their date. Miyako continues to send him voice messages on his cell phone, first being angry for him not showing up, but later becoming increasingly desperate with each call as Miyako does not want Hirono to ignore her. The story shifts back to the present in Hirono's room, with Hirono and Kei together. Kei hurt his leg and Hiro decides to stay with her.

After Hiro leaves his room to get food, Kei discovers Miyako's messages -- before Hiro discovers Miyako's messages himself. He promptly deletes them, as she vowed to "erase her from his memories".

episode 6: rain

It's late at night and Hiro's friend Kyosuke has barged in, to ask him to get Kei over. It turns out that Kyosuke asking Kei out was a ploy on his part as a lead in to ask Kei if she wanted to star in Kyosuke's amateur film he is making. The film would be for the upcoming film festival. Hirono and Kyosuke get into an argument over the differences between being a professional and an amateur, ending with Kei interjecting, saying she has not decided if she will choose to be cast in Kyosuke's film or not.

Later, Kei informs Miyako in an intense discussion that Miyako will eventually disappear from Hirono's heart; Miyako actually says "I will erase you from his memories". One Sunday, Kei gets hurt at the basketball match and Hirono stands up Miyako on a date that they were supposed to go on to make sure Kei is all right.

Meanwhile, Chihiro continues to write her novel, but she is stuck on one part of the story. Renji helps her by borrowing a uniform from Shuichi so they could gather some research materials. With the uniform, that they enter the school's library to research materials for the novel. This is the first time Chihiro visits the library in years.

episode 5: outline

Renji and Chihiro meet up again and she seems to be in a good mood after what happened the previous day. And how Renji managed to remind her of the dream she once forgot. When it's time for lunch, Renji invites her over to eat. He brings Chihiro to his home where she meets his mother and Shuichi Kuze, though she has merely forgotten Shuichi many times over At school. After they eat, Chihiro gives Renji a notebook with her notes for her novel, which he reads after she leaves. He finds that the novel is rather depressing and representative of Chihiro's life.

Kei is real pissed off by what she saw at Hiro's house the night before, so she decides to talk it out with Miyako. Kei tries to get Miyako to leave Hiro alone so he will not have to repeat a year of school, but Miyako talks down to her the entire time. Things don't go the way Kei thought they would.

Kyosuke films Kei in the morning while she is taking a basketball shot, and she punches him in the gut for filming her without permission. Kyosuke later asks her to go out with him via Hiro's help.

episode 4: honesty

It's a new day and Renji meets up with Chihiro but he feels guilty after not meeting her the other day. He apologizes to Chihiro for her cold and for not coming last time. Renji wants to make it up to her to make her dream of writing a novel come true however she is really reluctant of the idea. Chihiro becomes very defensive and angry at his request. But after talking with Chihiro more, she finally gives in to Renji's persistence.

Kyosuke sees Kei in town again and he finally realizes that it was her who he filmed during the past Christmas night.

Kei receives a call from her friend Mizuki, telling her that Hiro was dumped by Miyako. Kei feels guilty about how she treated him so she decides to make it up by cooking for him. Hiro meets with Miyako in town and she goes back to his place while he works on his manga. Miyako reads some of Hiro's manga, and as an act to show her gratitude, she cooks food for him. Kei walks in on them together, and runs off. Things don't turn out how Kei nor Miyako initially planned.

episode 3: paradox

Renji continues to meet with Chihiro every day after school, though he wonders if he should continue with such a half-hearted attitude. Renji has learned that Chihiro has a memory defect and memory doesn't last 13 hours, due to a traffic accident 4 years ago. How will Renji cope knowing that Chihiro will think of him as a complete stranger, every time she meets him? It rains one day after school, so Renji does not go to meet Chihiro. He thinks that Chihiro would not come with such a terrible weather. But Chihiro comes anyway and manages to catch a cold -- something Renji feels terrible about later on.

Hiro is on the school roof, when Miyako suddenly has the urge to surprise him. With Hiro able to meet his manga deadline, Miyako forces him to ditch school with her. They go into town and have lunch at a cafe. After Hiro accidentally forgets Miyako's given name, she leaves him behind. Meanwhile things are not going well between Kyosuke, the club and his girlfriend. Kyosuke quits the film club and breaks up with Emi.

episode 2: Once Upon a Time

Kei Shindou rudely awakens Hiro and forces him to get up and go to school. She becomes worried of him always skipping classes. She also thinks that Hiro doesn't car e of going to school anymore, since he's already earning money from being a mangaka. Hiro goes to school, but ends up wasting time on the roof.

While ditching school on the rooftop, Hiro runs into Miyako again, and finds out that they are in the same year at the same school, though in different classes. Hiro tells her that the reason why he does not attend classes much is that he is already an established manga author.

Kyosuke continues to ponder over the brief shot he got of Kei running through the city during the Christmas night. At first he does not recognize her. Emi becomes a bit concerned about Kyosuke's somewhat display of obsession.

Renji meets again with Chihiro and becomes closer with her. Renji thinks that she may have some hidden secret. And he eventually finds out from Chihiro that she has a memory defect where she cannot remember anything past thirteen hours previous.

episode 1: EVE

Renji Asou is a boy who's struggling to come up with a dream. One early evening, as the sun started to set off, he goes to his usual spot, the empty train station. However, this time it wasn't empty as he happened to come across a cute girl there. This won't be their last encounter. Renji Asou meets Chihiro Shindou in the abandoned train station, and returns to the same station for several days in a row to see Chihiro. And finally Renji declares his friendship with her on the third day.

Kyosuke Tsutsumi is out with his girlfriend Emi during one Christmas night when he is distracted by Kei Shindou running down the street with the food for the Christmas party. But a passing truck spoils Kyosuke's shot. Hiro Hirono is a young shoujo manga artist and during Christmas eve Hiro is on his way to a friend's party. On his way to Kei's Christmas party, Hiro stops at a church to do research, where he is surprised to see Yuuko Amamiya. A girl suddenly takes his bike to chase a thief. Miyako Miyamura rides off on Hiro's bike in pursuit of a purse snatcher.

At the same church, Renji asks Yuu Himura for career advice and is told to follow his passion. Miyako winds up spending the night with Hiro after crashing his bike and knocking herself out. Both Hiro and Miyako get acquainted with each other. But Hiro never makes it to Kei's party.
